For the new year break, I went camping. On the way back, I got into a car accident. It wasn't your everyday parking accident but a highway accident. I had a head-on collision with the side of a truck that was not giving way (picture a). I was quite shaken from it when it happened. The whole front of the car, including the bonnet and engine was wiped out and is a write off (pictures b and c).

Thank God that I came out with only a couple of scratches and bruises, which isn’t a big deal for someone that flies 3 metres on a snowboard regularly. I am grateful for God’s protection over my life!
